A must have
If you have an espresso machine you really need this. I started using a metal bowl but it was hard to get the grounds out and made a lot of noise. This is made expressly for emptying espresso grounds, has coating on the base and edge to reduce noise and keep in position, and the bar across the top that you hit on comes out easily for cleaning. As is typical of all Breville products I’ve had, it is thoughtfully designed and superior quality.

Simply a “must have” tool in my expresso making arsenal! Just makes sense and adds ease and practicality to the whole coffee making process! Well built, sturdy, easy to empty and clean, looks great next to my Breville. Love it.

Knock Knock, who’s there?
Espresso.Espresso who?Es precisely what I needed.Yes, the garbage can is 39″ away from the espresso machine. But this makes a local and easy place to deposit grounds. Since it’s counter-height, it’s easier. It holds about a full days worth of family use (5 or 6 brews per day). It’s lightweight but solid enough to smack with a portafilter until she’s clean. Cleaning is simple with the removable bar on top.

I was concerned that it would be too small, but it’s perfect. I can get about 5 or six pucks in it (I usually empty it before that, though).I really like that the bar comes off. So much easier to clean that way.

This is such a great upgrade from the first cheap knock box I originally bought. This one has a nice rubber knock bar that doesn’t make very much noise when you knock your puck out. My old one was so loud any time I used it.Also matches my stainless Breville machine perfectly.

As described and delivered promptly. Works great; one tap knocks out the old coffee puck. Prolly holds as many as 10 and they slide out with a gentle tap. Also very easy to clean.
