Good Customer Service
Had an issue, but we worked with the customer service and they were amazing! We really enjoy these, they’ve been awesome for our kids this school year. :)Tip: The outer shell is not dishwasher safe- just the removable tray. I missed that the first time ordering these, and they got damaged. If you just wash the inside in the dishwasher, they are fine.

My kids are in summer camp and the cooler on the bottom is amazing! Both have commented without provoking an answer that their lunch is better! Will buy again

Love this lunch box for my one year old! It is the perfect design and storage portions for each meal and fruits. It is also dish dishwasher safe which is so convenient. It also keeps the food cool through the day, the ice pack is very convenient. I will definitely be getting another one so we can alternate.

This is a perfect lunch box! Bought it for my granddaughter to take to daycare. Not a lot of storage place there and no refrigeration. This has a tray you pop in the freezer and into the lunch box in the morning! The box is very sturdy and has all the room you need for little ones. Iâm going to order another for my other grandchild. This lunch box is a fantastic design! I think its so clever to have a removeable ice pack which is great for summer. The Bentgo is sturdy and durable with a durable clip to close lock it in place. It has 4 compartments and perfect for school lunches. It is also leak proof which is great and it isnt too heavy. The removeable Ice Pack isnt a soft squishy one, its a insert made out of the same material as the lunch box.
