I was drawn to this postnatal vitamin because of its known clean ingredients and I also found the price point to be great! Canât recommend enough! I have been taking them now for a few months and can already see great benefits! My hair and nails are loving it too!

Effective but the SMELL
These are effective and have all the desired ingredients I would want in a post-natal- but I just cannot get past the SMELL/taste. I feel like Iâm putting used hamster bedding in my mouth because of it and it is nauseating as a result. So if you have a poor sense of smell or taste this is great for you! I will probably finish the bottle and find a different product to use after that

I would be careful before purchasing this product. Reviews were good and it seemed like a descent product so we bought it but after taking 1 pill, rashes and hives appeared all over the body. The fact that it had zero bad reviews is kind of suspicious.
