It is not 16 ounces
I really like Tervis for my coffee. I saw a 16 ounce coffee tumbler that I bought. My question is; why does my tumbler only take 12 ounces when it is advertised as 16 ounces?

The lid leaks and it doesn’t keep hot beverages even warm, let alone hot, for very long. A huge disappointment as a mother’s day gift. Do not recommend.
