Helping sensory toddlers to accept food on a spoon.
    Great item.

    Amazing product
My 3 year old absolutely loves these. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

    Great
We purchased these for our one-year-old who is having some issues with sensory input. Our SLP recommended textured spoons while we’re feeding him and these were so great. They’re very durable. They’re kind of like a flexible but somehow stiff spoon they’re long so the baby doesn’t have a problem gripping them two different types of textures- bumps and lines. You get three spoons for the money. pretty good quality, I would purchase again!

    Bigger than expected, but good
We purchased this to hopefully help my little one get used to taking food by mouth. Her feeding therapist recommended it. The spoons were bigger than I expected them to be, but that’s not an issue. See photo for size comparison. I only gave these 4 stars since I don’t yet know if they will actually help my girl. The spoons are well made, durable silicon with textured spoon ends for oral therapy. The spoons are flexible, but still hold their shape well. They won’t hold a lot of food as they spoon is very shallow, but we’re not using them for quantity of food. We dip them in juice or puree so that she gets a taste without overwhelming her. The spoon holds up fine even when she is chewing on them (with her two teeth). They could be used as teethers if needed. So far we’re pleased with what they are. How helpful they end up being has as much to do with how we use them and how she responds to the actual product. Each kid is different!

    Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend for babies. My 6 month old was having some issues with eating solids. He refused a normal bowl shaped baby spoon. His feeding therapist recommended a flat spoon so I went searching and found these. Within a day he was eating solids like a pro. The texture is great for beginners to get accustomed to different textures in the mouth. They pickup food very well. The textures also encourage the baby to close his lips on the spoon which is extremely important when starting solids. They are very flexible, bending in half. That’s the only downside but not a big enough ‘con’ for me to say they are not usable. These spoons helped so much and I would highly recommend them to start your baby on solids. After learning why traditional spoons don’t work well with babies starting solids and seeing how quickly these helped my son I will always reccomend these spoons. They also double as a teething toy. No teeth here yet, but he loves to chew on them.

    Amazing for texture sensitive baby!
Our baby has had gastro issues and feeding issues since birth. (He was 6 weeks early.). We have been though multiple formulas, testing, meds, etc with him over his almost 8 months. When he turned 6 months, doctors wanted us to try solids. We tried for 3 weeks with nothing but screaming and gagging from him. We paused for a few weeks I ordered these spoons in that time and gave them to him as a toy to let him get used to them. We have now started food with him again, using these. He has eaten each time with no problems. Rather than crying and resisting, he leans in as the familiar textured spoon comes toward him.I don’t know if they’ll work for everyone, but they certainly did for us !

    Nice texture but too bendy
I’m an early intervention therapist who works with toddlers on feeding. I like that these are textured, which helps with oral awareness and encourages kids to wrap their lips around the spoon. I don’t like how long and bendy they are. It ultimately makes it much harder for the child to have control over the spoon.

    Nice trio pack spoons
My two year olds is having difficulty with expressive speech and eating solids other than purées still. During one of our Occupational therapy sessions OT was encouraged to use a sensory tool but the object freaked out my two year old…..so these spoons give the comfort of a regular spoon and also give the ridges to stimulate his palette. Hopefully we see improvement in a few months with eating choices. Also love the fact they’re bendable as my two year old still doesn’t have all his teeth in yet so tends to chew on things and bite.
