These do more than you think
These are better than I could have thought. I used these for a full month and then forgot to order, and used another brand I could get next day. I regretted it immediately. My sleep wasnât as good. I wasnât as rested and clear during the day. These help so much with my energy and rest. There is exactly enough for 30 days. I donât feel that it helped my milk supply in any way negatively or positively. But to get even a little more rest was so worth it Iâd pay double. I wonât forget to order these ever again. On subscription they go!

Great flavor
On my second bottle of these now. I finished out my prenatals and started these probably at 3 months pp. The flavor is great compared to other gummy vitamins, Iâve noticed a slight difference in using these vs my prenatals but that could also be because Iâm 4 months, almost 5 pp now. Great value for your money though. Iâll continue using these until Iâm done breastfeeding.

Wish they had iron!
I switched to these because my other pre/post natal pills were unbearable. They smelled like fish and made me gag. Obviously these are much more pleasant. But I’m disappointed that they don’t have iron like my previous vitamins! I have to take a separate iron supplement.
