Great but not made for hot weather deliveries
Great prenatal multivitamin but be warned; if you live in a place that’s very hot and they deliver the package in a metal mailbox, the pills will most likely melt together. Today the outside temperature is 101 degrees fahrenheit. One can only imagine how hot it is inside of a metal mailbox. And as you can see, they melted together into one giant vitamin. I cut open the pill bottle to pull it out and I plan to gently separate the pills from one another.

Que es perfecto para la salud y el desarrollo de tu bebé !! Iâve been taking the ONE A DAY Womenâs Prenatal 1 and overall, itâs a great option for before and during pregnancy. It has all the essential nutrients, but the pill size can be a challenge for some.Pros:â Comprehensive Nutrients â Contains Folic Acid, DHA, Iron, and key vitamins to support both mom and baby.â Convenient One-a-Day Formula â Only one pill per day, which is easier than taking multiple supplements.â DHA for Brain & Eye Development â Includes Omega-3 DHA, which is crucial for babyâs growth.â No Unpleasant Aftertaste â Unlike some prenatal vitamins, this one doesnât leave a fishy or metallic taste.Cons:â Pill Is Large â Itâs quite big, which might be hard to swallow for some people.â Can Cause Nausea on an Empty Stomach â Itâs best to take it with food to avoid any discomfort.â Soft Gel Can Stick Together â In humid conditions, the pills may stick together in the bottle, making them harder to remove.Final Thoughts:This is a solid prenatal vitamin with all the essential nutrients for pregnancy support.
