I got this for my mom and she is absolutely obsessed with it. She literally hasn’t taken it off since I gave it to her over a month ago. She showers with it. This was such a lovely Mother’s Day gift!The moonstone was glowing and has continued to glow every day that my mom has worn the necklace. The secondary – choker – necklace was beautiful too. However, it was too much for my mom to wear, so she just wears the one with the moonstone.My only complaint is the quality of the chain. I know it’s a lower budget necklace, but even bumping the price up a bit or removing the secondary chain could help with making the primary chain much better. The moonstone cannot be removed from the primary chain, so it if breaks, the necklace is trash. I can see the design and how the designer wanted to integrate it into the chain, but cheaper materials were used, so the necklace may not last very long with everyday use.If you purchase this, be gentle with the chain and maybe you’ll prolong the use of it.

The presentation of this piece is nice in the box and the design is very pretty. I like the cute little moonstone bead too. Upon closer inspection though, corners are cut and it lacks durability of real handmade pieces.First, the two O-rings near the clasp are the worst quality. Handmade items use wire loops and would loop it usually 2-3 times to make sure it never falls apart. Or you can use split O-rings, the ones that look like those on keychains. This one will break with the slightest pull. The same thing on the two loops in the front holding the stone together. First they are not even the same size, second there are no handmade loops, also ensuring it will break with an unintentional pull.I also received an additional chain with little golden balls that looked nice. But unfortunately, it managed to tarnish within 2 weeks.
