You should know that these fit perfectly into a Kallax shelf with a cabinet insert, with just enough give to slide it back and forth as needed. I am using these to keep my growing vinyl collection organized and they work much better than the wire magazine racks I was using before. These will allow me to store them more compactly. Just be aware that there is a wrong side to put down on the shelf. If the rack seems uneven, double check the underside. The actual bottom edge has spacers to compensate for the folding mechanism. They are pretty sturdy although any folding storage is going to have weaknesses. It seems up hold my records upright well enough. Great item, I wish the price was a bit lower. The storefront images are clearly CGI because there is no smooth front edge. The folding seams extend the entire depth of the rack, of course. They would not work as advertised, otherwise.

More than meets my needs
I have purchased this product twice and would purchase it again because it is sturdy and easy to use. I’m using mine for magazines and maps. The packaging was excellent. I’ve saved the boxes and am using them for storage of items I want to keep but not display. Very pleased with the product.

No More Paper Avalanches
I used plastic magazine holders on top of the three-shelf bookcase next to my recliner for easy access to files, catalogs and books I’m reading, software guides and writing tablets. The only problem was that putting papers in or taking them out often sent the holders off the end of the bookcase to the floor and scattering the contents. I replaced them all with this foldable unit and nothing has gone over the sides since!

Love but may not hold up long term
Purchased this item for my work. They are not very durable. They are of a lighter plastic. If you are one to move your books or binders around. I think this product would break easily. The color is an average black. It was easy to put together. The unit does hold a good amount of books/binders. These do work for what my need is. You really can’t be the value for what I paid.

Perfect for cardstock
I needed a way to store my card stock pads, other than stacking them on the shelf, which was really inconvenient. I wanted to store them vertically so they would be easier to get to. This unit works great! The size works well for 12 x 12 paper packs, the color is good, the unit is sturdy enough to hold the paper packs without falling over. I feel it was money well spent, and I would definitely buy this again.
