Great features for value, ok-ok durability
Update (9/24/24):Leo from customer service reached out to me and let me know that the issue Iâm having is not typical and offered a replacement. The replacement works well, nothing different to say. If durability is an issue again, I will be sure to edit this review again. I will however update the rating to reflect their quick response and careful attention to my issue to get it corrected.Update: Buyer beware! My battery pack cables are no longer working due to the stress on them from regular wear and tear. See the photo and my comment on build quality at the end. A shame for I have had the device for less than three months with minimal use.At its price, this battery pack offers a lot of features that stand out from the rest. Iâm a person that likes to be prepared, so I often gravitate to gadgets that can replace multiple functions to lessen the stuff I have to carry as I find myself on the go.This charger stands out for the main fact that it not only has a lightning and USB-C cable so itâs already compatible with a range of devices, but also can charge your phone wirelessly (even includes a stand for your iPhone built in or as a extra support to hold the phone). Itâs like they thought of everything lol so I appreciate that I can use the cable or switch to the magnet (which holds on strong but donât be a person that only holds the battery pack and gets surprised when their phone pops off) when I just want to hold the phone normally while itâs charging. It adds a little weight to the phone as expected for being bigger capacity but not much.Side note: The wireless charging isnât as fast and gets your phone especially hot when phone is under heavy use. Good thing that the cable does connect to the phone fine even when you use it magnetically attached (once you connect the cable it will turn the wireless charging off and switch to the cable but you can still toggle which you prefer with the button).Be aware that if you buy this you might just need to buy another charger 1-3 months in, should you use it fairly heavily.

This battery bank is a pretty solid little piece of hardware. It charges to full capacity pretty darn quickly and so far, it managed to fast-charge my iPhone 15 quicker than any other cable I even own. I am extremely particular with what battery banks I use and I always have been ever since I learned, first-hand, how important it is for the health of your phone to ONLY use higher quality charging cables!! Donât learn from that mistake as I did⦠take it from me- the few extra dollars for trustworthy technology will increase the lifespan of that $1,400 phone in your back pocket ðð¯

Doesnât work
Wish I could return this. It just doesnât work. It seemed like a cool concept with the addition of added cords but itâs obviously just poorly made. I do not recommend.

Doesnât charge devices unless you press the power button.
The only thing I donât like about this power bank is that you need to press the power button every time you charge your phone (or any other device). Sometimes I lay the phone on the charger just to wake up to an empty battery because I forgot to power on the power bank.

mAh Checks Out! Great Add to my Tech Bag!
I purchased this for a recent international trip, and it went beyond my expectations. I’ve been burned by battery devices claiming to have a certain amount of mAh to find out that they lied. I was hesitant that this product would be closer to 5000 mAh–especially given the size, but I was wrong! I could fully charge my iPhone and get over 50% on my iPad mini while also charging my Apple Watch. I was amazed at the mAh and how well the charger holds up!The cables charge faster than the wireless charging, and the lights are confusing since one color indicates fast charging and one indicates regular charging, but you pick it up quickly. The device is also very slim and fits well with my tech bag. I could easily slip it into my pocket without creating much bulk when walking around.I highly recommend this to travelers or folks looking for a slim and multipurpose battery charger.

Great portable charger, and one that finally works with my phone case!
So far I’ve been really satisfied with this Magsafe portable charger. Every other portable charger I have just did not fit well with the phone case I have for my S22 Ultra because of the camera placement being too low, but since the magsafe ring on this portable charger is slightly elevated, it has definitely solved my problem. A must have for people who can’t find a magsafe charger that plays well with their phone case. I frequently visit theme parks like Disneyland and Universal, and I usually take portable chargers with me but always hated having to bring spare usb-type c cables to charge my phone with them. But since this charger has both USB-type C and Lightning cable built in, I no longer have to worry about carrying around spare cables and it’s been awesome! So far I haven’t had any other problems with it and it has been serving me well.
