Great chair!
I purchased this chair approximately two weeks ago. Although it’s still early in my experience, I believe this chair checks all the boxes. It provides excellent lower back and head support, both of which are adjustable. The armrests also offer good support and are adjustable as well. I highly recommend this chair, as it has been working great for me!

Good but a bit misleading
First off, it does not “recline”. Unless I’m stupid, the recline is actually a rocking feature (shown wrong in the images but if you scroll to the description it shows the rocking). I really wanted a mesh chair that could recline, but I guess this one isn’t the one.However, I do have to give it props for what it did rightPros:* Good Lumbar support. It’s adjustable and feels nice to rest on.* Armrests can be adjusted forwards/backwards and angled left/right. Do I use those functions? Not really, but it’s a great feature to have* Armrests can be moved up. If you’ve tried sitting with your legs up on one that can’t, you would know it’s pretty uncomfortable. Being able to move them up makes it a nice experience.* Foaming on the seat is nice. Kinda similar to a firm mattress. Is it sit 8 hours nice? Probably not but it’s nice enough to sit on and put your legs up on.* The wheels are 10x better than the standard ones. I’ve used on the hardwood in my living room and wow it’s like day and night. In carpet, it’s still better but only marginally.* No squeak. The last chair I had did not lube their cylinder properly and had a terrible squeak until I decided to open it up. This one is quiet, even more so because of the wheels.Cons:* Reclining is not reclining. It does lock. Upright. sad. I’ve tried to make it lock on a tilt but it does not work* Armrests are not padded. It’s hard plastic. Knocking on it sounds solid and it’s not the best. You could just add padding though, or don’t care enough like me* Armrests do not go higher. The unfortunate part of buying a swingable arm rest chair is that most of them are not adjustable height wise, but it is what it is.* Assembly is not that easy. Some people said it was, but putting the backrest onto the armrest connector was harder than it should’ve been. I had to connect it to one armrest, loosen the other armrest from the seat, connect the backrest to the other armrest, then thread back the armrest to the seat (with a bit of force to keep it from moving off). Not the worst experience, but definitely not the easiest chair I’ve assembled.I haven’t had this for too long just yet, so I’ll update if anything changes.

Super comfy chair with a wide seat and durable cushion. I didn’t realize that this is a big and tall chair until it arrived. However, I like the little extra seat height and higher back. It came with a decorative plug where the removable headrest would be attached. Since I’m not using the headrest, that made it nice. It doesn’t look like there is a piece missing. I like the swivel arm rests and the fact that they can go up and out of the way.It was a little cumbersome putting it together as one of the holes for the arm rests didn’t line up exactly. other than the one hole, the chair went together nice and tight. The quiet “rollerblade” type wheels make for a quiet rolling in the office. No more noisy transitions for the whole office to hear when I decide to move.

Just what I needed!
This chair is just what I wanted. I was looking for a chair that raised high enough as most chairs have me sitting too low and it hurts my arms and elbows to work like that. I’m short though, 5’4 so I had to get a foot stool to place below my feet to keep everything aligned correctly. The back support is adjustable and slides up and down so I can position it just right.Before I got this chair my arms, elbows and neck hurt at the end of every work day and now they don’t.
