Good quality and great customer service
Highly recommend this product. The bottle’s material is good quality, and the customer service is great. The material is greater than the look from the picture. I tested the leak-proof by putting the bottle upside down, and there was no leaking at all. What I love the most is the straw, my daughter can put it down to close after drinking her water, which is very good for hygiene purposes, especially when my daughter is in the environment of many young kids around at the preschool. This is the reason I chose this bottle over other brands. About the customer service, I had a little problem with my item, and Phil was extremely helpful and very patient to help me solve the issue. I’m glad I chose this seller because they put themselves in my shoes as a consumer and do their best to meet my needs. I wish the company keeps growing and expands more.

Perfect for 2 year old who loves dinosaurs!
My 2 year old LOVES this water bottle! It cleans up easily which is great because it gets used a lot. Best part is that he can open and close easily on his own and it doesn’t leak!!

This water bottle is so beautiful! My 4 year-year old loved it the moment she saw it. We have many Bentgo bottles for my kids because they are just as functional as they are beautiful! This says you can take the lid pieces fully out to wash but I have yet to figure out the straw piece. I am pretty sure it does not come out!

Silicone spout/mouth piece broke after a few months of extremely light use. Hand washed carefully and child does not bite on spout like some kids do. Worried it can become a choking hazard as the silicone broke apart or child will swallow it. Annoyed Amazon just redirects you to Bentgo so hoping they can provide a refund or replacement although weary to use even a replacement in case same things happens.

The cleaning isnât that bad once you get used to it. With a little practice, I no longer dread washing it, and I actually appreciate the design. Never thought this product will be a great one. Then I saw the whole collection, got me a little bit excited for when my boy goes to school already. This bottle doesnât leak, and the strap handle is sturdy. Great purchase for a toddler water bottle.

Easy to use for toddler but leaks HORRIBLY!!! It was closed and sitting in the water bottle slot of the diaper bag, which was slightly askew in the car (maybe an 80 degree angle instead of 90/straight up) and it leaked SO much that the bag got completely soaked. I know nothing is going to be 100% leakproof and not sure if I got a dud but it just leaked wayyyyy too much to be worth keeping. Returning for a refund and looking for a more reliable leakproof option from other brands.
