Excellent Customer Service! Poor Nighttime Vision Quality
Five stars for excellent customer service! I purchased one of these when my twins were born a year and a half ago and used the two cameras in the living room and kitchen so I could keep an eye on my toddler downstairs while putting the twins to down for naps/bedtime. I really only used this during the day and the daytime image quality is superb. I had been using a different brand monitor in the twins’ bedroom and decided to put that one away and purchase a second one of these so that I could connect four cameras to one monitor so as not to juggle multiple monitors. I bought a second set to add two more cameras – one in the twins’ bedroom and one in my toddler’s bedroom to use for when they’re sleeping, but I was disappointed with the blurry nighttime vision quality that the cameras didn’t have a wide-angle lens. The twins’ room is small and I wasn’t able to see both of their cribs (which are right next to each other) well in the same view. It needed to be able to zoom out more. I had better luck with a different brand. All that to say, the customer service experience is why I’m giving five stars. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful as I explained my concern and helped me through the return process seamlessly. It was also nice that I was assigned to the same customer service representative the whole time so he was familiar with me and my case with each correspondence. In the two photos I’m sharing, the first one show the night vision quality of the BabySense camera and you can see how it’s too close-up and blurry (hard to even see the two babies), and the other photos is a comparison of the different brand’s camera.

Great quality and affordable
This camera and handheld monitor set is really nice. I am surprised at the quality of the handheld device and user friendly features. It came with registration for extended warranty as well. The camera are simple to mount on the wall with one screw. Pairing the cameras to the handheld was easy enough, press the button and they are paired! You can do split screen or switch between the cameras on a single view. I can see each kiddo in their bed and pan the room with the handheld device to see what they are up to during playtime. Among the options in this price range, this brand offers quality and affordability. I highly recommend for a multi-camera child monitoring device with no-wifi!!

Helpful and Secure Baby Monitor with Room for Accessory Improvements
Iâve found this baby monitor to be quite useful overall. One of its standout features is that itâs not connected to Wi-Fi, which makes it feel much more secure in terms of information privacy. The night vision is also impressiveâclear and reliable even in low-light conditions.However, installation posed a bit of a challenge. Since I didnât want to drill holes in the wall, I had to purchase a separate vertical stand to properly position the camera for a clear view of the crib. It would be much more convenient if the manufacturer included or offered compatible mounting accessories. I initially tried using a third-party clip-on camera holder, but unfortunately, the clip damaged the wooden crib.With a bit more thought put into mounting options, this monitor could easily be a five-star product.

Great customer service!
I love everything about this baby monitor. It checked all of my boxes: long range, ability to view multiple cameras with one parent unit, energy saving mode, etc. After some time using it in two of my childrenâs rooms, I heard a buzzing sound through the monitor. After some troubleshooting with their customer service, we determined it was the power cord. I was within my warranty period, so they sent a new cord, no problem. Now, months later, I began hearing the noise from the other camera. I opened my previous ticket with the company and they quickly responded and are sending me cords to replace all of the cords from the original purchase (they had a batch of bad cords; no hazard, just annoying). They did not make me jump through hoops, didnât treat me like I was doing something wrong, just fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy I made this purchase with this company not only because of the high quality baby monitor, but also because of their customer service. And no, Iâm not being paid, I just want other parents to know that this is a great choice when comparing monitors and you will be taken care of if you do experience any issues.

Battery Will Not Stay Charged
Edit: I felt I needed to update my review. The Customer Care team reached out to me immediately following my review. The first few sentences of their response say so much about this company. This was their response “To start, thank you for your review. This is how we learn and grow as a company. I am so sorry to hear about your experience with our monitors. And for all three monitors to have issues is not okay. I understand how disappointed you are. I would like to offer an option that may change your experience”. I was blown away by their quick response and generous solution. It is so incredibly refreshing to see a company that values their customers and seeks to insure that they have a positive experience. Due to the excellent Customer Service, I am upgrading from a one star to a four star. As I stated in the review, when the monitor works, it is phenomenal, a true 5 star. The battery not staying charged on all three units caused my initial one star review. However, a company that is willing to go above and beyond to correct the issue and insure a positive customer experience, definitely is deserving of an upgrade to a four star!I am ashamed to say I have purchased this 3 times. The picture quality is great and when it works, itâs wonderful. However, ALL THREE quit charging for no reason. I leave the camera and the monitor plugged in 99.99% of the time yet all three have had the same charging issue. Now, after reading the reviews, this seems to be a common problem. My last one was purchased in September of 2024 and stopped charging about a month ago. It only lasted 6 months. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this monitor. I just ordered 2 from another company and hope the quality control is better from the other company.

Got it as a baby shower gift and I like it so much. It holds charge and the monitor screen is clear and sometimes even brighter than the room actually is. The two camera option is very useful for me wiht the split screen. Did not use the two way talking option yet but I find it useful if you have two floors to run in between to talk/calm your kids. Recommend

Acheté et utilisé depuis 6mois. Parfait.Utilisé pour enfant de 3,5ans et bébé 5mois, dans 2 chambres différentes.Nous avions pour notre première fille un vidéo babyphone Philips avent qui nous avait coûte 170e, et franchement nous sommes ravis de ce babyphone double caméra.La qualité vidéo est sans comparaison possible, excellente. Le son est correct (la distance de la camera avec le bebe joue beaucoup). Le fait de pouvoir bouger les caméras à distance est top (attention à bien positionner l’emplacement et l’inclinaison de base !)Le micro subit un très léger décalage mais c’était pire sur le Philips. Vision nocturne très bonne.Les 3 câbles fournis sont identiques, très longs. Cela permet de facilement interchanger les câbles si besoin entre les caméras et le moniteur.On peut scinder l’écran en 2 pour voir les 2 caméras en même temps (mais le son que d’une seule à la fois, ou en mode scan 10sec chacune à tour de rôle, ou avec le mode vox : la caméra qui fait du bruit retransmet le bruit, mais évidemment s’il y a une berceuse en cours sur l’une des deux ça ne fonctionnera pas comme espéré). Ou l’on peut switch manuellement d’une caméra à l’autre, ou encore une fois automatiquement avec le mode vox si un bruit est détecté.Le seul petit défaut que j’y trouve est la persistance d’une petite diode allumée en mode vox, la nuit c’est embêtant car elle clignote assez fort. Une gomette dessus et le tour est joué j’imagine !Petite fonctionnalité intéressante également, même l’écran en veille, et même si le son est à zéro, il y a un indicateur d’intensité sonore des bruits détectés au dessus de l’écran. Pour savoir visuellement s’il y a du bruit sans pour autant l’entendre.
