Works well for c section moms and newborns
Great for c-section moms. Iâm 3 weeks post partum with my 3rd c-section baby. Vertical positioners put too much pressure on/above my incision. My baby is just over 8 pounds and is very comfortable. I would not consider this 100% hands free. Maybe 90% at this stage. I was able to vacuum and corral my other kids with confidence. But the reliance upon fabric sitting folded on one shoulder and only a half fold at that has obvious potential for the baby to fall out if the fabric slipped suddenly or over time. It also requires supervision to the extent that it is quite snug. You will need to be mindful of babyâs position in the sling as suffocation could happen. These are all more apparent notes though just from looking at the material and structure. None of these âconsâ were unexpected. For sizing reference, my current post partum size is 5â4 and about 170 (size 12-14/Large probably). I had significant doubts that it would be usable when I first opened the item and slipped it on. It fit me like a snug tube top before I folded it. I might be able to use this sling to nurse when I get the remaining pregnancy weight off. However, at my current size and shape, I am pushing the limit for âMedium or S/M/Lâ size and canât see the sling being conducive to nursing with the lack of extra material or give. It is stretchy but the stretch is restrictive and not super forgiving. Itâs easy to use though which was important to me. I didnât want the fuss of a wrap or sling carrier and, again, couldnât tolerate buckled carriers at this stage post partum. At about $21 with the registry discount, the price is fine. Happy with my purchase and would buy again. I canât compare this item with the larger size though so Iâm not able to comment on the difference on the two size options. Picture included for color accuracy (copper/beige) and reference for snugness/positioning with a newborn.

On the smaller end, size up!
Got a medium and it was way too tight, there is no way we would have been able to use it as shown in the picture. I recommend sizing up a size or two. Material was very soft though

Highly recommend

Donât buy.
I ordered the s,m,l it was a big snug for me so I ordered the l,xl it was smaller than the first ?? I couldnât even get it over my shoulders. 0/10 returning it. Iâm going to keep the first one I ordered I guess I just need to loose some of this mom weight and it will fit. So sadâ¦

Nice but too tight for me
I liked the idea of this carrier and it would likely work well for daintier mamas, but my back was killing me after wearing this for like 15 minutes⦠not because of the babyâs weight, but because of how tightly it was squeezing me. Iâd say Iâm an average size, athletic build so I was surprised at the super tight fit. It would be nice if this carrier came in size options as I think it could be an easy carry option for around the house.

Great for toddlers
This carrier saved me after my 2 year old had her tonsils taken out. She wanted to be held constantly and my entire body was screaming. I got this and it made a world of difference!!

Not the greatest
It works ok. But it is definitely not a hands free. There were no instructions included. While using it, I kept thinking my daughter was going to fall out the bottom.

Wrap
I love this thing! Had a preemie baby and it works just as well. Definitely was nervous for it but holds baby in place and usually puts her to sleep. Easy to move around and get chores done. Easy to clean and surprised by the durability. Definitely worth the money. The ease of not having to figure out the wrap and how tight to tie is amazing. Definitely recommend!

It worked until my 1 year old was cooperating and keeping his legs around me. As soon as he started wiggling he was slipping down.I sent it back.
