Royal blue, Huge heart, chain clasp broke 2 times in.
My hubby bought this for me & I love it! The stone is more of a royal blue rather than a lighter blue like the picture. Itâs bigger than I thought, the chain broke ( the clasp wouldnât open and when it finally did I had to pry it open with my nail) it wouldnât close at all) literally the second time I went to put it one which sucked! But I had another chain that was much longer so that was better for me. But it sure is pretty ð¥°

Crystals Easily Fall out
I love my necklace as it was given to me by my husband for our wedding anniversary. However, after wearing it a few times, a crystal fell out. People cannot tell just by glancing at it that a crystal is missing but I certainly can tell and it’s very upsetting especially for being a Swarovski. I tried contacting the company to see if I could get it repaired or replaced but I had no success.
