Restore and Relax
So relaxing. I felt like I was floating. Directions suggest a full bag for a soaking tub. You can use less but the restoration wonât be as powerful. After my 29-30 minute soak, I napped for two hours! Thatâs how relaxing this soak is!!

Absolutely phenomenal magnesium flakes. It’s advertised as being from the Zechstein beds, and while I thought only one company had a monopoly on magnesium from there, I will say that it mostly likely is a true claim, as this is the best magnesium I’ve ever used to make my magnesium sprays. Potent, dissolves well, bit of an oily residue but that’s normal when mixed with water. Provides incredible pain relief for sore or tight muscles, cramps, and headaches. Also works amazing as a natural deoderant.

If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking – move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can’t live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you’re dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It’s WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
