I bought this product through Amazon a few days ago and installed it in my car during the Christmas holidays. However, I had a problem with the Bluetooth sound connection, so I asked the seller for help. The seller surprisingly replied within two hours, and his response was very kind and detailed. Anyway, the problem was solved, and now my car has become a drive-in theater. For the price is very slow and laggy
Nice size screen but for its price I canât recommend it. Itâs loading time is extremely slow. Itâs very laggy and it does not auto connect to Internet so that means every time you shut your car off you have to go through the settings to connect to the Wi-Fi again thatâs all kinda makes it useless.

Excellent Value, some quirks
This headrest is quite large, and has a beautiful picture. The only reasons I gave it 3 out of 5 stars is the following:1) upon setup, it was very picky on working with wifi hotspots, it would say connected but then say no internet. I eventually gave up trying to connect it to my house while I was on my driveway and used my verizon hotspot in the car for it to work. When my daughter tries to use her iPhone hotspot it has issues, so we’ve kept it to using only verizon…. not sure what the issue is with others, but once we got it working, we just used that going fwd.2) The lock for the mount to the headrest I feel there should be a double lock… we had an issue where due to vibration from the headrest, it shimmied the lock to the open position and the screen fell on my daughter while making a turn. I went and looked at it and the bottom of the actual headrest was rubbing on the slide lock, which must have made it come undone. We have since raised the headrest 1 notch to prevent and hasn’t happened again, but thankfully my daughter didn’t get hurt as it is quite heavy.
