Good for Your Body but Take after Food
I have been using Centrum Women for years. It is a quality brand and product. The vitamin pills are relatively large in size, so they can be harder to swallow. I recommend to take your daily Centrum pill with large glass of water. Also, I donât recommend to take this pill before food. Each time I took it before having my breakfast, it made me throw up. So I only take it after having my breakfast.
