Has almost everything you can think of!
Was looking for a great prenatal that had Folate (not folic acid). I go to a functional medicine doctor and was told that I chose a fantastic and well-rounded prenatal. Didnât make me feel nauseous or get the burps. Wish it had DHA/Omega 3âs, but this one dose keeps me from having to take 6-7 different ones to get most everything I need.

Everything needed and here’s why you should try these …
Where do I start?Rather than go into every ingredient and the benefits on this prenatal vitamin – I will share the top things I love. For one, it has so much that I’m having to look at the gummies I take in the morning to avoid going overboard on, say vitamin A, a fat soluble vitamin where too much can be not too good. Love that this product shows the type of each vitamin such as A from beta carotene – that is super important as manufactured vitamin sources are not created and absorbed by the body equally. This product has some of the best vitamin sources based on everything I have read. This also has the calming ingredients I am taking, such as lemon balm and magnesium, so I can simply take this product. If you are taking other supplements, it’ worth it for you to take a look at the ingredients in detail – especially fat soluble vitamins A D E and K to ensure this doesn’t put you over the edge with too much of a good thing. I’d rather get everything in one place, so this vitamin works well for me and I can put the other supplements on hold for now.It says prenatal but the ingredients are great for most -even with the methyfolate and choline for fetal development – these are also good for our own brain function. I just started to use this vitamin and have not experienced any digestive issues – the capsules smell like rye bread, they are easy to swallow and there is no taste. Love that these are vegan, certified non-GMO (this is beyond just putting non GMO on a label), and the food bend is organic is organic with things I was having to add as an additional supplement. These are third party tested – as shown on the label – for safety, quality and effectiveness. There is a batch number and expiration date (about two years for mine) on the bottom of the bottle.Love that you can buy refills and even though the container is really nice, most of us already have containers so you could actually be even more eco-conscious and just buy the pouch refill. If you are looking for a nice thing to give a friend as a prenatal gift – these are great – they are mostly organic and better quality than other prenatal vitamins I have ordered, tested and reviewed. I take prenatal health and health in general very seriously and obviously so does this product. Here’s to your and your baby’s health!

quality prenatal pills, cheaper to get the refill pack
I can’t say if this is the best prenatal pills or not as that depends on what ingredients and milligrams you personally want in yours. I personally think it is decent, has most of what I wanted, and less milligrams of certain vitamins I want more of. However, that’s just how it is with prenatal pills and takes some research to find one that has everything you want and more. I’m not a huge fan of these pills because they are big and there are some days when I have trouble swallowing them. That’s just how most prenatal pills seem to be, so this wasn’t out of the ordinary. That said, I’m glad these do not have a strong smell like some of the other prenatal pills I’ve taken before. There is a bit of a smell when you open the lid to smell the entire bottle but when I’m washing these down with water I don’t really taste anything – great! I do like the green bottle, very durable and sturdy, looks good on my kitchen countertop. It looks like there is a refill pack version (120 count) which you can use to refill this bottle once you are low or out of these multivitamins. I also noticed that it is cheaper if you get the refill 120 count pack rather than this 60 count one, so going forward I would probably get the 120 count. Give these a try, this is the second time I’ve used True Grace supplements and I’m happy with it.

All A New Mum Needs!
This wonderful prenatal supplement combines the power of vitamins and probiotics with the bounty of herbs to bring about all-around health for mother and baby. It was wonderful to see Biotin and Folate to help with fetal development, as well ginger and lemon balm which are soothers for morning sickness. The amount of each vitamin is abundant, save for the calcium which is a bit on the lower side. The tablets are easy to take yet may be a bit large for some. They do not carry a funk taste, nor do they cause me any strange-flavored burps or odd gas. However, due to the iron, the supplement can be a little hard on the stomach and may cause cramping. I make certain I take these with a larger meal and with plenty of water to offset this, and the niacin flush that comes with the whopping 116% of Niacin.Overall, it is pleasing to see organic ingredients and both vitamins and herbals together in this prenatal. It is a tad on the steep side but saves money overall when compared to buying many of the ingredients separately. It can provide abundant nutrients for pregnant and nursing mums.

Favorite Prenatal Multivitamin, But Missing Omega-3
I love this prenatal multivitamin! Over the years, I’ve tried several different kinds, and even though I’m no longer pregnant, I continue taking prenatal multivitamins while breastfeeding. This one is my favorite so far. It’s easy to swallow, and the ingredient list is clean. The only concern I have is that it doesn’t include Omega-3, which would make it even better.

Esthetically pleasing
The bottle is super pretty. Not that it matters, but it makes me want to take them. I have a sensitive stomach and get migraines with some supplements. Iron in particular is very difficult for me to take (constipation, stomachaches). I have had no issues with the iron in this pill and no migraines. I have done gummies and all kinds of different brands-everything tastes nasty to meâ¦and these donât taste great either. But I can tolerate them, so I will purchase when this bottle is done. Disclaimer Iâve taken this for 2 weeks now- will update if something changes.
