Update,The company was very proactive in contacting me concerning the points I mentioned in my review, and that’s refreshing considering the poor level of “customer service” a lot of places offer these days.They were very nice and helpful, and I think they actually will try to improve the chair based on the reviews from customers.Just for the great customer service, I’m going to add a star.============ Original Review Follows =================I like how it looks.I like the forward-back seat adjustment. That’s a big plus that you don’t find on a lot of chairs.I like how it sits high, but I’m over 6 feet tall…so it might not be comfortable for someone shorter.I like that it feels sturdy and heavy.But there are two things I don’t like…almost to the point of being disappointed I bought the chair:1) I do not like that the adjustments on the arm rests and headrest don’t lock in place. Several times a day, I put a little pressure on the arm rest, and it moves forward, moves back, or rotates unexpectedly.2) The head rest has no front-to-back adjustment, but up and down and angle. It’s fine where it is if I lean the chair back, but when I’m sitting completely upright, I don’t want the headrest to come out to where my head is.The chair is comfortable once you get everything set to your liking, and it has plenty of adjustment. I just wish it felt a little more tightly engineered.The inability to lock the arm and head rests isn’t enough for me to take the thing apart, box it back up, and return it. But I can’t recommend this chair.

Super comfortable and great for short people
I absolutely love this chair. I’m 5′ tall as an adult woman and have resigned myself to the fact that chairs will never fit me properly. But this chair is adjustable and I’m delighte that I found it. I tend to sit with my legs folded under me because having them dangle becomes uncomfortable but the chair has a footrest that retracts so it’s not in the way when I don’t want to use it. I was also able to adjust the armrests, chair height, and even the lumbar support?? Mindblowing features in a chair that I’ve never seen before, and the comfort makes it a cross between a lounge chair and an office chair.I also love that it’s made of mesh, because it’s breathable, easier to clean, and doesn’t make you hot like a leather chair would. The black is sleek and it looks great in my bedroom. It was also really easy to assemble.I know this chair is a bit more expensive than others, but spend the money and you’ll be glad you did. I know I am.

Good chair overall, however the seat size was too small for me.
It’s a good chair, but if you have a broad frame like I do – the seat size may be too small for you. The mesh itself is comfortable to sit on, however if your frame/size extends to the edges of the seat where the hard plastic is – you won’t be able to sit on it comfortably. I also didn’t find the lumbar support to be as effective as I was thinking it would be. I think this is largely due to the ‘flex’ that it has (in all configured positions/settings).The chair is well-built and seemed durable. It was also easy to put together. The mesh cover had a couple of frayed ends that would rub my skin, but that’s easy to take care of with a pair of nail clippers. I didn’t think the lumbar support was that effective.The seller did communicate with me as I set up the return and I was left with a favorable opinion of them through this whole process.

This Chair Feels Amazing To Sit On
This was exactly what I was looking for in an office chair. My old chair was really basic and was starting to show signs of wear and tear so I was in the market for a new one. I stumbled on this chair and this was an amazing purchase and everything I hoped for. It has adjustable almost everything including headrest, seat, and armrest. It feels extremely sturdy and well built. The lumbar support really helps my back as well. I would really recommend this office chair to anyone that is in the market for one!

I thought serta had the market cornered for comfort. psst. Ive got a serta office chair and it doesnt even compare to this thing.idk how they managed it, but it seems to suit me just right. I know i know, there are plenty of places to make height adjustments. I feel that is the case with many office chairs. this one seems to have handled it perfect for my short relatively light weight self.Â

Assembly of chair was very easy- tools needed were supplied. Nice back support, chair looks good. I had an issue after about 30 days with one part not working at its best. Reached out to Customer Service team explained the issue & they promptly shipped out replacement part. I received the part quickly, installed it & works great! Thank you Belinda , u were fantastic!
